Attend meetings - we work in an agile way so its important we attend the ceremonies for effective collaboration, shadow developers and help contribute towards tickets. Complete apprentice course work.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot of work related coding skills, I have also developed on my communication skills and teamwork skills due to the nature of my daily tasks.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is quite well structured yet flexible at the same time. I am able to focus on real world tickets in my workplace and write about them in my course assignments. I also learn a fair bit in my apprentiship course as well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider are really helpful and friendly. If i am struggling on an assignment they point me to the right direction and ensure I have all the help I need
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the labs we do are quite realistic and relevant to my job at the company so this really helps to support my role and consolidate any learning
