Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role will cover all things warehouse related as well Health and safety as well. This can cover making risk assessment to the control of the toolbox talk process. I also have took over control of the capture of risks and how this is reported to the rest of the business. I also cover in house training and assessment for all equipment we use
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

All of the above the people are amazing and always so helpful and willing to help you at any point of the day or night with no such thing as a 9 TO 5. The opportunities that anyone can ask for who is on the program. I may self have became a ab apprentice ambassador for the program to allow me to give back and to also help the new waves of apprentices.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Perfect all the way from start to finish I know what was needed of me and also if I needed help who to go to as well as always knowing such a high level of support was always one call and or email away from me at anytime of the day.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Pearson is also my employer so the high level of support that was provided from the apprentice team will also cover the support from my employer. If someone could not sort an issue for you then they have a path to follow to find you help to ensure your issue was resolved.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had support day and night from my provider they always had time to ensure that any and all of my issues or worries or even questions had been met and dealt with and this in turn gave me the confidence to allow me to achieve knowing the high level of support stood at my back.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Prior to starting my journey I was lacking in self confidence and was just treading water in my role.
I was unable to speak to people above my level with out worries.
But now I am self confident always willing to speak to people of all levels of the business as well as now I am supporting others within there roles as well.
