The program is fairly well structured. It can get tough sometimes in regards to amount of content/ tasks and time management but this is all part of the process
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive loads of support from my employer. I am regularly checked up on to see how I'm getting on. When I need more time to focus on uni the company allows me to take 'study days' that allow me to catch up which helps massively.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
The support from the training provider is adequate but could be structured better.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
Since my role is quite specific only few modules directly impact my role however having a broader understanding of the industry is still massively beneficial in day to day function.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are loads of extra curricular activities to get involved in. These range from weekly football and netball games to sports days to theatre trips to pub socials. There is always something to get involved in.
