Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
My specific role within JLR is as a Quality Engineer. In summary, if ~20 vehicles have an issue whilst in warranty, it is my job to figure out why the issue arises. This involves speaking with many different engineers, and performing hands-on testing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I really enjoy my programme. I am a part of a brilliant, supportive team and have had the opportunity to learn a lot. A lot of the work I do at university directly ties into my job role, an added benefit.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Due to the amount of data I work with, I have learnt a lot about using Excel, as well as data analysis, finding trends and explaining trends.

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My employer is very well organised, my programme centres on demonstrating various Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours and to support this I have consistent conversations with my manager, helping me stay on track.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive all the support I need from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My training provider does well to support me in working towards my qualifications. My professors are on hand ready to help, and are knowledgeable in their respective fields.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
My qualification ties in well with my role, and I consistently learn things which are relevant to my daily function.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are many extra-curricular activities, due to an internal early careers social group. This group organises things like sports leagues, Go-karting events, escape rooms etc.
