As hotel manager I am accountable for the running of 2 x Hotels! Including all safety and compliance.

I really enjoy the programme, from the modules to the mentors, everything is so well thought out!

As in my previous answer, the organisation of it all is superb! There is always someone to help and that keeps me motivated.

My ROM is amazing, always seems interest in my apprenticeships and helps whenever I need her!
