I have learnt a lot since I started the course. I've not only learnt how to deal with everyday tasks and obstacles but I gain more confidence. I understand how business operates.

In my opinion it's well organised and structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Well my employer stays neutral if it comes to the course but my new General Manager doesn't like the fact I'm on the course and has all ready told me that there won't be a job for me after completing the course.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive high level of support from my course couch. If I get stuck or struggle with any topic I feel comfortable to ask for explanation and it's given.

Whitbread was amazing company to work for but things has changed and unrealistic expectations have been put in place. Employees are overwhelmed, overworked, not heard or taking seriously if they complain any wrongdoing.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread plc?
I you would like to work at this company chose to work at the hotel not at any restaurant.
