4/5
Whilst the work can be monotonous I'm am surrounded by very helpful and friendly people and I enjoy learning something new each day

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Yes, I have learnt a lot about insurance and financial services generally. I've also imporved aot of my interpersona skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
My learning plan is very clearly laid out with clear deadlines, making it easy to manage my apprenticship time.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
Time is always given to me to work on my apprenticship stuff. I'm also surrounded by very knowledgable people who are happy to answer my questions.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
2/5
My tutors can't answer my questions. My tutor has very little to do with my studies and almost all of it is self directed. Most of the resources we are given form our provider contain information that is not accurate and appauling grammar.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Alot of what we learn is very common sense and very patronising. My actual qualification (CII) is very useful as it gives me the technical knowledge to better undertand what I'm looking at.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes
