Helps understand different legal sectors that I may not come across on a day to day basis, helps my presentation skills and also develops my drafting and overall level of confidence.

Be patient - sometimes responses to stages of the interview can take a while. Don't let this dishearten you; you will eventually get a response just check your emails regularly.
Don't worry about missing the 'uni life'. Apprenticeships have great benefits that you can't get from going to uni; including hands-on experience, paid every month and putting knowledge into practice. At the end, you also have a guaranteed job role.
