My role consists of filling out assessment documents, working on machines, such as milling machines and laith machines. There are many different segments of the workshop where you get taught how to use and utilize areas such as welding and pneumatics.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it due to the other apprentices coming together and working as a team.

I've learnt how to use milling machines, how to weld, how to use laith machines and have also learnt about business improvement.

I'd say its organized to a certain extent. There are elements that are organized really well, but also elements that could be organized better.
