To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
2/5
The programme is very repetitive and I enjoy the people i work with but cant say I'm to happy with the program especially with the lack of communication.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have leant a good few skills that are practical mainly about operating equipment and learning terminology behind it

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
Is not very well structured have had many issues including a lack of teaching and have had many interruptions with my learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
Big lack of communication they left us for 6 moths with next to no contact apart from a groupchat to try handle issues that were sometimes sorted but many times ignored or have to repeatedly bring up the issue to get them to address it. they have no understanding of out day to day activities and the little time we get to do out work and the after loading the companies work/tasks to complete with little time makes it very hard to stay up to date.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
At the start of the apprenticeships many instructors left or quit and was having times with no instructor but have since fixed majority of the issue and are clearly trying hard to make it good.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
has taught me many practice skills and knowledge of the engineering world.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
haven't heard or know of any
