I enjoy it a lot, the people I work with are great, the company I work for makes real life changing products, and the course I am studying is engaging.

I think there is more to be done, the university side of things is structured like any university course, however, the pharmaceutical industry is a volatile place to work so priorities change and things can happen at a fast pace, so could be more organised.
