Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work mainly out of an inbox within the team I work for completing admin tasks for fee earners such as reports, bills, payments. My role is based around assisting others with admin tasks.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my IT skills significantly and learnt how to navigate my way round systems used by my firm. I am constantly learning on the job and developing my skills set everyday within tasks and training I complete.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremely organised - I am able to arrange a day per week to complete my apprenticeship study so that I ensure I have the time, I am always updated with what I need to complete especially with my structure with Damar Learning
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have daily, weekly and monthly meetings with all my support networks including my team, my line manager, my apprentice coach and my apprentice manager. I am very satisfied with the support I receive constantly and comfortable enough to go to everyone of the above.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have visits every 6 weeks at the end of each module and I am given feedback on what I have completed and always given good feedback to reflect on and better my work.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Provides me with tips to become better in my role and progress in my weaknesses. Helps me develop my skills set such as IT skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Social activities in the office during lunch breaks and out of office hours e.g. pancake making, Thursday club in the F1 arcade, webinars, networking sessions
