Every day I create the list for the housekeeping team, ensure the rooms are split equally. I then complete the linen count, take the delivery, check the rooms and add them on the system when ready to sell.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

not to start with, as it was very difficult and challenging for me. I then started to enjoy it more and understood the importance of the qualification. This motivated me to complete my outstanding learning.
