I am a housekeeper/ receptionist this involves checking in guest and cleaning the rooms to brand standards
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it very much the apprenticeship works around my home life and work. It’s been a great experience overall for me and a calm one too.

Yes I have from my apprenticeship, I’ve learnt new and developed on my skills. I’ve gained more knowledge guest wise and regulations.

A lot! My tutor has been there all through my apprenticeship during meetings and even out of meetings. The support has been tremendous.
