Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I'm a hotel receptionist and this involves checking guests in and out, dealing with their requests/issues before, during and after their stay, working with computer system, answering phone calls and emails, helping out housekeeping when necessary.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned a lot of new skills needed for my role thanks to apprenticeship. For example, how to efficiently deal with complaints, build a rapport with customers, how to communicate with guests that show anti-social behaviour to avoid escalating the situation etc.

Perfectly organised in time and structure. I have enough time to complete all my tasks and keep up with the preparation for my exams.
