Why?
The work itself is fine. Good pay, lots of benefits, comfortable shifts. Unfortunately the management is very toxic. Managers create an unfriendly and unhealthy working environment.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Travis Perkins plc?
If you only want to do work and back home this place should be OK for you. But if you work with passion, wnt to grow and have very strong value it will be very tough to work there.
