To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. I enjoy having regular tasks in the reporting cycle to help structure my time but also the ability to complete topical tasks when these tasks complete.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is alot more structure at the start of the programme but as you progress the structure in the office becomes more flexible and the structure becomes more personal. This allows you to structure your month according to relevant modules. the structure also depends on the reporting calander.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is what you make it. You have to be proactive about getting support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is available when I ask for it but how useful the support is varies.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Some module are useful and can lead to more regular tasks off the back of them. Other modules can be overly simple like using email. Some of the questions don't always relate to the work you complete in the role so there is a bit of shoehorning.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
