I have learnt many new skills, all things that could not be taught in a classroom but the apprenticeship has uniquely been able to provide.

well organized with a great support structure from collogues and mentors.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

there has not been any particular support as such other than the fact that we get a day on a Friday to our apprenticeship work which means that there is a lot less pressure for getting the apprenticeship work done.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

this is definitely something that could be worked on as the training provider has not had the best communication but the employer has been great at making up for this by chasing the provider and helping to increase communication from them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

the qualification helps me to think about what i am doing day to day and really makes me consider how i cna work better and do differently in my role. as my role is quite specialist the work itself often does not relate to my role directly though

its an invaluable opportunity with getting payed and learning on the go from professionals in the field and is really just unbeatable. Therese are things that a classroom can often not teach.
