I support with both internal and external communications, with a large focus on social media.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed all of my programme. It was so interactive and supportive, I really have learnt so much from it.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt several new skills including: writing articles, social media, using a CMS and producing non-written content.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was very well structured, with regular catch-ups with both coaches. I felt supported throughout the whole process.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I received so much support from my employer. They ensured my 20% of the job training was protected every week.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received lots of support from my training provider and they supported me with my ASD too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have learnt all the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours that I need to use in my role and I have been able to practice these and refine them.
