I develop code based on tickets assigned to me, as well as helping others with issues, meeting with the client and discussing issues and solutions with various members of the team
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Love it, brilliant pay and progressions as well as regular check-ins and we are given plenty of opportunities to push myself

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Coding apex (Salesforces programming language) as well as dealing with databases and database management as well as accessing data via Salesforce SOQL query language. Soft skills such as dealing with clients, demonstrations and pressurised thinking have also been worked on?

The most integral part to my progress has been my employers support, I have multiple check in points and am on project with my manager, on hand to provide support when needed.

Qualifications are an integral part of the process particulalry in the business area, bootcamps as well as powerpoints from a range of employees are provided for certifications we need.
