Skills I have learned so far is communication with other contractors who are on site, skills with logging information using the companies systems, and technical skills like installing a range of contactors and relays.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
I believe that it is structured well, and the course has been explained sufficiently. The only downfall is that my assessor has been varied, however I am able to get assistance when I need.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I could not ask for any more support from my employer. Currently they have been more than accommodating with my needs and requirements, and I am very pleased with them
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Basingstoke College have always responded to any of my queries whenever I have asked a question. I cannot complain. As mentioned in a previous question, I would only suggest that the Assessor is consistent.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Currently I am only in month 5 of my apprenticeship and I believe that the qualification is applicable to the work that I complete at work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
Yes, there are many extra curricular activities to join in with, there is apprentice groups to get in touch with and networking groups to help offer support for all employees, however as I have a family, setting time to complete these activities are limited for me
