Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My job role entails sending urgent scans, administrative tasks with the outcomes of MDT meetings, answering queries on our phones and general mail box, allocating certain registrar's/consultants scans to report etc.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme because I enjoy that I can learn new things to take on board in my job role. I also enjoy the social aspect of working with different people around the hospital.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learned new skills with regards to influencing and decision making and I have developed on my communication and teamwork skills.
