Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
On a day-to-day basis I do requests for staff and fill in referral forms on the system. The requests can be anything from staff checks letters sent out to schools to petty cash requests and claiming back on receipt purchases.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I really enjoy the programme I am on. It has been stressful lately with short staff issues, increased workloads and lots of deadlines. But I have pushed on and maintained my enjoyment with the program.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have learnt new Microsoft skills, new admin skills, new people skills. Which I feel has been the most improved upon thing as my confidence has improved over time.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
It feels rather well organised. I feel like my job being so busy over recent months has pushed deadlines back a bit and made things feel less structured. But other than that, it's been well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I've received a lot of support from my employer. Although recently I feel like the support has dropped a bit as I am expected to do two people's jobs and they have limited me to 6 hours of apprenticeship tasks a week when it should be more.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I feel like I receive a lot of support from my training provider. My tutor has been very generous with moving deadlines and extended things for me. Especially with how busy my workload has been for me over recent months.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel like the assignments and especially my current project, help massively with my further understanding of my role and my organisation. It's improved my knowledge greatly.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
We have team away days every 6 months that gives us time to bond as a team. I was involved in the last one before Christmas which I surprisingly enjoyed.
