Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight week was in asset management and over the course of the day I would listen to multiple talks from people across the organization and complete numerous tasks.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was both exciting and interesting to learn about all the different opportunities in the business, as well as gaining an insight in to each of them.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Employees seemed extremely friendly and nice. The atmosphere seemed very inviting and encouraging, however it was hard to tell over zoom.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I found this insight very useful in learning more about the industry and what interested me most. I found the tasks extremely enjoyable and useful in developing skills. However, I was hoping for more tasks and for the week to be slightly more interactive rather than just listening to many speakers.
