The tutor was very supportive and encouraging. Making assessment methods interesting and different

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Embedding knowledge of legislation and regulations in line with practice. Expanding reflective supervision and self evaluation

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
2/5
The programme is well organised with self motivated individuals who have lots of resourcefulness. The organisation/service contract, despite it being regulatory, don't have enough time and contracted hours to support more indirect written work and research assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
1/5
My employer did not need to support me as I was self driven and as stated above there is little time for that support to be offered
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The trainer check in once a month and was contactable when I needed support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
On Every level and day. It integrates the learning, practice and theory. I feel it could be more in depth and detailed in my opinion for a managers role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
No
