The programme was well organised but there were issues with communication between myself and the company with regard to tutors leaving and work being set.

Lots of support from my employer. I had monthly meetings with my line manager

I received lots of support from my third tutor, she was brilliant. Very helpful and keen to help. The previous 2 were not overly helpful

My qualification has taught me lots and enabled me to perform better in my role. I had no experience before in my role but the course has helped me improve.
