As an L3 apprentice teaching apprentice my role included working with individuals or small groups of pupils in the classroom under the direct supervision of the class teacher, working with individual pupils with special educational needs and/or with pupils for whom English is not their first language.
Implement planned learning activities/teaching programmes as agreed with the teacher, scaffolding and differentiating class material.
Participating in planning and evaluation of learning activities with the teacher.
Supporting independent learning and inclusion of all pupils.

My training with LMP was very structured my tutor was very supportive and informative throughout my apprenticeship. All teaching staff at the academy where I carried out my training we’re fantastic and the end point assessment was well organised

The academy and all staff were fully supportive throughout and I learnt and gained so much knowledge and experience whilst there.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor was amazing from start to finish. All assignment were clearly set out and discussed in detail and she was always available should I have any questions in relation to the course. Communication throughout was very fantastic
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that I have gained so much though gaining my qualification, it helped me to secure a full time level 3 position.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Whilst at the academy there were plenty of opportunities to get involved in social activities.
