I am in charge of developing ideas for projects, working with a range of different people and working with patients and HCPs to make a change to patients lives.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme. Not just what I learn & do but the people who I work with. It is a really welcoming atmosphere and I am encouraged daily. I love what I learn and the impact I have to patients lives.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed skills such as : effective communication, leadership, critical thinking and teamwork.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It is organised. 20% of my course is learning (university) and 80% is within the workplace. I have lectures and classes set up online for my university and my managers make it clear to me what I need to do otherwise. My managers give me tasks in order to fit my modules/portfolio.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Again, I receive loads of support from my managers e.g. learning about me and the best way I work, giving me tasks to do which fit inline with my apprenticeship, and support me. I also have support from my university , for example my one to one tutor.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It gives me extra valuable knowledge which is critical for my role. It gives me skills that I wouldn’t have learnt alone.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Loads!!!! Pfizer are big on individuals health, both mentally and physically . So it is important for them to give as many opportunities and experiences to their employees. As few examples include: team sports, 5 paid volunteering day, 1 paid wellbeing day and many events e.g Lunch on the Lawn.
