My role includes assisting customers with any and all tool hire enquires as well as testing hire equipment in our workshop and ensuring all health and safety aspects are ahead to at all times.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the pace in which i was allowed to complete the course and the level of aid i was given in order to balance my work life and private life.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a variety of skills including, tool maintenance, systems management, stock management, improved stock knowledge, a better understanding of the building trade and additional mathematics skills

How well organised/structured is your programme?

While i felt the majority of the course was well organised i have had some issues on the course regarding my GCSE's. At the start of the course i was exempt from maths/English however i was later told that i had to complete English again. Then near the end of the course i was then told at due to an error i had to complete maths again which caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I had lots of support from my coach who was always on hand to answer any questions big or small.

Personally i felt i learnt more working in the branch than i did on any of my assignments on the apprenticeship.

If you are driven, dedicated and have a high tolerance level then you will succeed. Otherwise you will become deflated and unapproachable to others
