Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My main role is reactive in terms of processing orders for customers and sourcing products for customers. I speak mainly on the phone and via email. We use TP branches where possible and Keyline branches as well as using direct orders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed it, so much that I want to enroll onto a new course.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I learnt how to manage time effectively. I learnt how to ask for the PO. I learnt new skills and knowledge as this was a new industry to me.

Very well organised, the webinars were clear, to the point and engaging.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support the coaches were always on hand to offer their assistance and provide help where they could.

I wouldn't be as far along with terms of product knowledge without the course.

Yes, I am on our charity board for 2023 this was a voluntary scheme and I want to give something back.
