It is my responsibility to inspire and lead a group of sales professionals, establish and implement plans to meet those targets, track sales performance, assess market trends, and cultivate long-lasting client relationships. I manage sales activities daily basis, mentor and support my team with other departments to promote company growth.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It enables me to use my abilities and enthusiasm for sales while managing a team to hit goals and advance the company's success. Because my profession is exciting and demanding, it keeps me interested and motivated, which makes it very pleasurable for me.I have a great deal of fun.

I have constantly prioritised learning and acquiring new abilities throughout my career and participated in a variety of sales training courses and workshops to improve my leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. I have also improved my analytical abilities so that I can analyse market data well and develop smart sales tactics.

My employer is really supportive of me. They offer me the training, skills, and resources I need to succeed in my position as a sales manager. They encourage open communication and a collaborative work atmosphere, which guarantees that I receive the assistance I need to get through obstacles and meet my goals.

They provide  excellent assistance while I pursue my qualifications. They provide thorough training materials, knowledgeable direction, and mentoring throughout the procedure. They are always there to answer any questions I may have, offer insightful criticism, and make sure I have the resources I need to thrive in my professional growth journey.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am convinced that the certification I received from my training provider considerably improves how well I function in my capacity. I now have a greater understanding of sales tactics, powerful leadership strategies, and industry best practises thanks to the knowledge and abilities I gained via the qualification with the skillset.

We regularly engage in social activities like celebrations, business outings, and team-building exercises. There are also chances to join sports teams or fitness initiatives. Additionally, the business hosts professional networking gatherings and encourages staff members to go to industry conferences and seminars to broaden their professional contacts and education purposefuly.
