I am a Level 4 Business Analyst apprentice, supporting business and digital change by analysing processes, gathering requirements, and working with stakeholders. On a day‑to‑day basis, I help understand business problems, document processes and requirements, and support teams to deliver effective solutions, while completing structured apprenticeship learning alongside my role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme to a great extent. I find it rewarding because it combines practical, hands‑on work with structured learning, allowing me to apply what I learn directly to real projects and develop my confidence and skills as a Business Analyst.
