My apprenticeship has been an excellent opportunity to achieve a degree qualification (BA in Applied Management) and also aid my personal and career development.

I have both developed existing skills which I was already highly experienced and qualified in, and also learnt many new skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Both the apprenticeship itself, the degree, and the support structure put in place by the HMRC apprenticeship team have been very well organised and delivered.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive 20% Off The Job time to focus on my study and there is an apprenticeship team to provide any additional support as required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Tutor in place to support apprenticeship side of things, and multiple lecturers within University for academic / degree element.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
