My role at the company is to analyze the dat that i have been given and to make sure that the compaany's softwares are up and running with no issue.I also sort any minor issues that deal with technology used by the company.I enjoy doing my work
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme.I have made my life easier since i choose to take part in activities which are necessary at the same time enjoyable .I lao enjoy the support that i get from anyone around me .Its a positive energy that one requires to have a high efficiency

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes , I have equipped myself with skills and also perfec ted previous skills that i had .I have advanced learning about softwares and managing them ,in order to run the services that they are supposed to.I have also learnt about financial managment skills ,which I think are very useful in my day to day life

It is very organized and consciously structured to meet my interests and the company's interest too.I also have sometime which i can refresh myself after doing some taks that require my full attention and concentration .My programme is also organised to allow me work from anywhere at anytime

I receive maximum support from my employer .My emploer motivates and encourages me by structuring my programmes to meet my fulfillment.My employer also gives me support when I feel discouraged or demoralized especially when i am overwhelmed by the amount of work that needs to be done at a moment

I receive maximum support and maximum encouragement.Any training is not an easy exercise but its an exercise that neeeds concentration and commitment .Proffesional virtues and values are encouraged whereas the professional vices are discouraged .M trainer does all that i think is right to train anyone to achieve success
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes,It makes me better and also equips me with skills which are necessary for ultimate goal which is success.I am also able to understand my role better and to perfect skills that are required in my proffession . Training is also important to perfect the initial skills that I had

Yes , my programme is well structured to provide me and my team some time off to rewind and to engage in recreational activities such as team football ,basketball also indoor games such as chess .such extra-curricular activities are very important especially when we engage in them as a proffession team

Let them apply and hope that they would have a chance .Whenever they have a chance they should not waste it whatsoever .Maximum output is required since optimum proffessionalism environment and working conditions is provided hence the remaingh task lies on the employee to also do their best in every task given
