I had a lot of help as if there was something that I didn't know how to properly do, I would shadow them and therefore they would be indirectly teaching me how to do it without directly telling me, therefore I would always know how to do it.

It had taught me to think outside the box more which had helped me with problem solving.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
