Day to day care of patients, medications, careplans, vital signs, caring for patients that have a deterioation in health and providing end of life care to those who are at the end of their life. Providing hydration and nutrition, managing skin breakdown, providing hygiene and care to those who are not able.

Yes i have learnt new skills, i have learnt to act as an advocate for my patients, i have learnt medications management, i have learnt hoe to be able to have the correct time management
