Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over three days we were introduced to fixed income, multi asset and equities teams at fidelity. We also completed presentations for each team and were given insight into the firms culture and commitments.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I started off the program not knowing about the majority of the roles available. Know I am confident that I can explain the majority of teams within the business and identify what they do.

I would say the most important thing I took from this was my networking skills have improved and I am know much more comfortable in coroporate environments.
