My sale role as a sales advisor is speaking to customers that ring in regarding there broadband if there’s any problems or faults I help them, and make sure there still satisfied with the service that they are getting from the company and want the best from us I
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

On my programs I have one to one sessions with my trainer who I get along with and she goes through everything with me which helps in my programme, I learn new things every week which I wouldn’t of if I didn’t do the apprenticeship which I love

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programe is very well organised I have online teams calls every week built into my scedule and I get time offline to finish my work which is good and is well structured I can log on and iknow what I need todo for the week to complete my tasks

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I get a lot of support off my training provider and my apprenticeship team leader we do weekly calls and monthly reviews this is good as to see we’re I’m up to in my course and I get tasks completed every week so we’re on track to

The qualification does definitely help me perform better in my job roll as I’m on the phone to customer this helps me as I’m learning all the time and doing the apprenticeship course helps me enforce that into my day to day roll being in customer service to

At the moment we do have incentives in the office which make the job easier and more fun we try and do this every week so us advisors get some time offline, these are done in the office or if customers leave us some food feedback we get rewarded to

Why?
I would recommend realise to anybody who wants to start a level 2/3 apprenticeship with them and even in any degree I’m currently doing customer service as that is my day to day role and I’m really enjoying it and I’m learning something new every weeek

I would give anyone good advise as to stay doing the apprenticeship it’s a lot of work but it can be done and it will really help you in the long run I started it in ocotber and already learnt so much I would recommend doing the apprenticeship to
