Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Over the course of 3 days, I learnt about Equity Research, Fixed Income, Investment Directing, Multi Asset and many other sectors of asset management at Fidelity. I also learnt about the culture and values at Fidelity. Each day consisted of multiple training sessions with many opportunities to ask questions and group tasks each day involving a presentation.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was brilliant and gave me a much better overview of the variety of roles available at Fidelity.
