Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

on a daily basis i work on insolvency cases - clients who are in liquidation and bankruptcy. I gather and adminster the risk details of each case, and apply the approciate cover based on the risk presented. I produce a policy schedule, invoice and send this to the client.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am learning to become more detailed focused and increasing my concentration. To be able to spin several plates at the same time (metaphor) is something i am coming to learn and experince. More techincal/ indusrty knowledge learn rather than skills.

The programmes structure (exams structure) has changed since last year apprentice causing some confusion with management- therfore its new learning for us all.

Just be yourself... an interview process is about teasing each other to see if you can work with each other everyday.... thats all!
