I mostly work with databases involving different products and the customers that hold them. Analysing this data to better serve our customers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme due to the opportunities to learn and the engagement and communication with other colleagues.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly learning how to use new applications and developing the skills used within them. Such as writing SQL scripts

Balanced between work within M&G and work assigned by BPP. You are given time to complete both and are able to schedule your time to best suit you.

My manager and my team are amazing and are always available to assist me when I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The work provided from BPP seems pretty straightforward and easy but usually end up with feedback and amendments due to lack of clarity or communication regarding the tasks
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification covers basic office work and doesn't directly benefit my role at M&G but helps strengthen core/basic skills

Mostly for the people, everyone is so kind and friendly, and then also the opportunities available to improve and develop your skills.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to M&G plc?
I always say be honest with what you know or don't know as this will present you as genuine and allow for your manager to better understand your experiences.
