5/5
I have learnt new techniques such as mobilisations for the hip, knee and ankle. The anatomy of the lower limb and treatment options.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme is mostly organised however with the covid restrictions being lifted we still have some online lecturers that would be better in person. There are also some lecturers/learning that could be online which isn’t.
Communication between the uni and work place could be improved as people don’t always know what is happening.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
My employer has been really good and allowed me time for study. The other physios have been able to help with revision for exams and help with assignments.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I attend uni twice a week for a total of 10hrs. Everything we need to know gets taught in theses sessions and then we have access to the learning online.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification will mean that I can become a physiotherapist. At the moment it allows me to do more than me normal job role as I have a better understanding and training experiences.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is an apprenticeship support group available and also a couple of other groups to join.
