Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Check emails in the morning. Daily project team catch up/briefing, complete cases on my project. Occasionally I will also have to attend and book meetings with other colleagues.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

My communication and analytical skills have developed quite a bit. I've also learned how to be a bit more comfortable with Excel.

Everything is well planned and in an understandable structure.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We get a counsellor for career support and growth and to support with university as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I'm dyslexic so I get extra time to submit assignments and some programme leads are understanding of it. The university also have an accessibility plan for me which gives me all the tools and support to get through the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Learning about self-reflection and things like that helps to identify where you can improve personally and at work.
