I really enjoy my job however the university programme, not so much.

Developed communication, organisation and professional curiosity skills. Developed more confidence to attend meetings etc.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Extremely poor organisation from the university. Last minute timetable changes, poor guidance for assignments, slow and poor replies from tutors.

A lot of support from Bolton FT. The practice supervisors, assessors and other staff are very helpful and provide me with brilliant knowledge.

My qualification does provide me with knowledge relating to specialist practice, however I feel that 90% of my development to perform better in my role has come from my employer.
