I work in customer retentions, talking to customers about a plethora of billing and subscription issues intending to safeguard company monthly income

Absolutely, conflict resolution, problem solving and given that it's my first job general work experience

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is quite well organised however there could be greater clarity from the provider regarding what is expected. Moreover management reorganisations have left me having to reexplain challenges with the apprenticeship to managers. However the early careers team remains consistently brilliant.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieve a great standard of support from early careers, however I feel like there could have been a greater degree of understanding of what we would be required to study by the actual sales department relative to the reality our jobs
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
