Programme managing the implementation of more functionality of the NHS electronic staff record (ESR), which includes managing staff.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Mostly I enjoy the university programme, however there are aspects which are very detailed but will never be of use to me, in the depths they are taught.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I was employed in my role prior to starting my degree, within my role I am constantly learning new skills and developing existing, by transferring the theory learnt at university into practice.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well structed, as we were told all the dates for the 3 years prior to starting the course. It is not always the most organised though.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I have had a lot of managers since starting my programme, and the amount of support has purely depended on my management at the time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not a lot of support offered outside of the learning days.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am able to use the theory taught to learn thoroughly in practice, therefore performing better in my role.
