Administration - dealing with patient enquiries on the telephone and email. booking, rescheduling, cancelling appointments. Responding to emails.

Very well organised, I had regular meetings via MS Teams with my tutor to get support along the way
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Not much to be honest. I was given time to attend meetings but my employer much input unfortunately.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I had lots of support from the training provider, especially for maths , gave me extra support although my employer learner gave me support for dyscalcia which is a problem with numbers and I was given extra time to complete the maths part of the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
