Working with internal and external customers. Over seeing staff and ensuring the store is operating efficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The apprentice provider Hart, seems to have poor communication and a very high turnover in staff. It has made my experience stressful. My store manager has given me more support than Hart have.

It was structured well to begin with and detairated as there was a lack of communication.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a tremendous amount of support from my manager. It's just the training provider (hart) that have provided poor support
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At the beginning I received support until the tutor I had left the company. Then I was without a tutor for 2 months. Find it frustrating when I email the provider for response as it takes much longer than expected.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The Co-op?
You need to have a postive mindset, be enthusiastic and motivated. Don't feel frightened to ask questions and challenge team. Everyone learns differently.
