My role entails looking after two of our Logistics Governance forums. Ensuring they run smoothly and delivery on objectives. Most importantly keeping colleagues informed on new initiative's coming, keeping them in the loop.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Learning whilst on the job has been an interesting and enjoyable experience. I've learnt so much that I can apply to my role.

I've learnt many new skills especially within time management, project and change management and coaching techniques.

Very well structured, broken down into modules, including workshops on the topic.

Lots of support, we were given a mentor from the organisation and my line manager attended all my reviews.
