The programme is well organised and structured with a lot of content to cover.

I am receiving a lot of suppport from my employer and my manager, including time for supervision and one to ones.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider provides a tutor who meets with me regularly - at least once a month as well as meeting monthly with me and my manager. She has been wonderful - providing support outside of these regular meetings too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Yes, the Trust is a large organisation with many networking and social events as well as one recently for colleagues on apprenticeship programmes.

It has been an excellent learning environment and I have very much appreciated the support with the apprenticeship to further develop my skills.

Take advantage of all the learning opportunities you will find available at the Trust, no matter where you are on your career path.
